Refund Fee

Refunds and Transfers are permitted up to 5 business days before start of program with cancellation fee applied unless otherwise stated. Refunds are NOT issued within 4 business days of the program's start date.  Any request outside of the standard refund policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at LGS Recreation discretion. Refunds and credits are not issued for absences. 

Refund Fee: $25 for classes over $100, $10 for classes up to $100

Transfer Fee

$10 per participant, per program

Swim Lessons

No refunds will be given after the second class of the session without a doctor’s note. If a doctor’s note is provided, a refund or the pro-rated amount of the session fee (from the date the request was submitted) will be issued.

Lap Swim

Refunds and transfers are permitted up to 2 business days before the start of the lap swim session unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be issued as an account credit towards a future lap swim session or LGS Recreation program. No Refunds will be issued for requests made 1 business day or less.

Cancellations

When enrollment is low, we reserve the right to cancel a class. You will receive a full refund within 2-4 weeks.

Waitlist

If a class is full your name can be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you may be notified either by LGS Staff or through an automatic email from the registration system.

Filling a program from the waitlist is time-sensitive and may be done at the discretion of LGS Staff. If you are contacted by LGS staff, a deadline to respond may be provided. If you receive an automatic email notification, you must complete payment within 1 business day. Failure to reply or complete registration by the deadline may result in the spot being offered to the next person on the waitlist and removal from the waitlist.

Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee a spot in the Activity. To ensure participation, we recommend registering for another Activity with available space.

Returned Checks

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check
