The LGS Competition Cheerleading Program will be a high energy, team-based performance program that will be athletic, artistic, and acrobatic. It involves athletes competing with a 2-and-a-1/2-minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, dance and cheer segments, and more. Our teams will attend local and regional meets where they will be scored against other competitive cheer teams. If you are unable to attend tryouts during our scheduled times, please contact us directly and we will be happy to find a make-up time or offer other alternatives. 

Intro To Cheer: Designed for athletes who are brand new to cheerleading and want to build a strong foundation in a fun, supportive environment. Each week, participants will rotate through essential cheer skills such as dance, jumps, motions, conditioning, and sideline cheer.

Tumbling: Come and learn this all-level program to tumbling for cheer, which combines cheerleading, jumps, tumbling, & conditioning.

Specialty Clinics: Offers athletes the chance to train and work on advanced stunts, tumbling, jumps, and performance skills. While designed for cheer team athletes, these clinics are open to anyone eager to take their cheer to the next level

Jump, stretch, balance, and build confidence. Our Gymnastics programs introduce young athletes to the core skills of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will develop flexibility, coordination, strength, and body awareness through age-appropriate drills and exercises.
